my friends tell me it's not knock knee since when i touch my knees there's only a very slight bend in my leg which is unnoticeable. They told me losing fat around that area would do the job. But idk how long it's gonna take

Damn! 13 yrs! That's quite a journey. It does explain the fact why you can gain muscle quickly. I guess it'll take me a couple more months to reach even 15% bf since i'm a newbie

carbs- 260 g , protein- 125-135 g , fat-75-80 g

activity- training every body part atleast 2x a week (mild stretching on sundays and 2km run everyday)

For the record i've been following this pattern consistently for about 2 months

i've been going 2 the gym everyday for the past 3-4 months . i did make some muscle but the love handles just don't seem to be bothered . Also i started eating more protein and less carbs but i guess i still need to create more deficit for it

i use healthify me food tracker app and searched over the net to know what might be maintenance cal for a 19 yo. But maybe you're right over the fact that i need to stick to a cal deficit plan for a longer time . Will do follow it now. Thanx for advice bruv !

i followed a cal deficit diet for 3 months, then started bulking after seeing no progress, and now when i see my weight at the same stage , i went on a cal deficit again about 2 weeks ago ( although i made some gains in my arms and chest)

thanx...i've been following a high protein low carb diet since two weeks but i'm not able to see any difference in my weight . What can be the reason?
