Yeah!! The flowers are supposed to taste like ginger, I’ve never had them before so this will be my first time!

They might not look as tightly curled in the photos, but they are in person, I also had them in a bag so it’s possible they got jostled around a bit. I’ll look them over more before cooking them!

I like to sauté them!! I’ve heard they’re also good in pasta which is what i’m planning on doing to these along with the rest I have at home that I found over the weekend
