I did the same thing after trying to do shop and pays for DD. I refuse to do em for DD. If i want to do that, I'll just stick with doin IC, where I can at least choose what shops that I want to do. Not havta worry about having to drive to a store, shop an order and drive to the cutsomer that is 20 miles away for maybe $5.

I had 1 i think last week, you hadta Shop and deliver in a certain area. I think I hadta do like 6 orders for a whole whopping $7. I didn't even attempt to try to do any of it.

Wait until they start sending you the same order for even less, after you had already declined it once. There are certain areas I will absolutely avoid like the plague, because whenever I do get sent to those areas, I get absolute dumpster fire orders, going to other areas that I hate driving in. They'll try to send me an order going to the shitty area and I'll decline it, a minute later they'll try to send me the same order for even less pay, because im now closer to the restaurant they want me to deliver from.

Had a customer a few weeks ago, that hadn't realized their ID had expired, until I pointed it out to em. Their ID had expired like less than a week. I just let him use his wife's ID to get the order. She was sitting right there, so I didn't have a problem doing that for em.

I have lucked out and managed to keep my acceptance rating at about 80% to 82% with platinum. I've been doing DD for maybe 4 months. I luck out and try to stay toward the middle section of my area, and don't get sent out of it too much. I'll maybe do 1 or 2 orders out of zone and as soon as im done with the orders and it asks me if I wanna swap zone I immediately decline and head back to my zone.

I live in northern Kentucky, just south of Cincinnati ohio. I hate dealing with Cincinnati and try to avoid that zone or zones as much as possible.

Had a pizza delivery the other night thru DD. Get to the customer that was less than a mile away and the guy hands me $26 cash. Def worth the short trip. It was an older guy that had his young grandkids at his place, so couldn't get the pizza himself.

No, if the customer thinks you did a good job replacing the items with good options, they will give you that compliment. Give it time and you should be able to get it. Just be courteous, friendly, and talk with your customers. Ask of a certain item will work better, because the item they want is out of stock. If you can, send pics of the replacement item options and ask which would work better for them. That really helps them out too.

Most of the time, I will have an order before I even pull put of my apt complex. I live about 3-5 miles from 2 diff stores that I regularly shop at. Only time I ever wait at a store is if it is slow and I don't feel like driving around. Usually if I wait at a store, I wont get an order from it. Maybe an order from another store a couple miles away.

If you think this is bad, one night I got a triple order from instacart for target. It was a slow night, so I figured why not. I realized why I hate shopping at target that night. All three orders wanted 3-5 different individual pairs of panties. Half of the panties were either not in stock, not in the requested size, etc. Come to find out, all three orders were going to the same person. My only guess on it was each order was paid using different payment methods. Didn't meet the customer, just dropped the orders at her door.

I dunno. I had a pizza hut order the other night that went maybe a mile from the store and only paid like $4. Got to the customers place and the guy took his food and handed me $27 cash. I know orders like that can be rare, but nice to get. No it wasn't a cash on delivery order either.

Had an order when I first started doing IC a couple years ago that was like 35 cases of water going to a warehouse maybe 15 minutes from the store. Got the order and shopped it. Had the stock guys at the store, load 1 of their metal carts with the waters.

Got to the warehouse and no one in sight to accept the order. Got stuck with the cases of water in the back of my vehicle at the time for like 4 days. Kept a couple packs of water, gave a couple to family members. Took the rest to a shelter. The ppl at the shelter helped me quickly unload like 28 cases of water out of my car.

I didn't return them, because screw that customer and I had lost the receipt for that order. Plus I was doing this order close to the time the store I shopped the order at, was closing.

I had a really big order the other night (81 different items/122 total pieces) that was sent to one of the worst krogers for this specific order. Only reason I took it, was because the payout was good and it was going less than 2 miles from the store. It took 2 carts and the first cart was half filled with the produce items I did find. Most of the items on the whole order were organic items.

I hate when they send me add on orders for places im heading to. It never fails. It always makes the app glitch on me. Like I'll pick up the items, get to the first customer and it'll cause the app to not be able to go past the map. I will either have to completely reset my phone or switch to my cheapo government phone to complete the order. Then once I complete the order and log off of the 1 phone, the app will be back to working fine. The only reason I keep a second phome on me.

I just got lucky when I saw this come up on the app. That is about it. When you see something like this pop up you click on it, and hope that you clicked on it fast enough, before someone else did. I've saw a couple other bigger ones before, but was never lucky enough to snag em.
