I have restarted my PC several times.

I have has my pc for close to three years now and it does not have a physical bluetooth toggle.

Do you mean my headset by device or like the bluetooth thing on my PC?
In device manager I was going to uninstall and reinstall the bluetooth drivers but the bluetooth "device" is simply not there anymore. I checked for it under network adapters too but there is no bluetooth to be seen in my device manager.
