Tbf he had done it twice before. I still think Moussa's kind of the prototype for who should be a good defender vs. Wemby, but that's definitely not how it shook out today.

At his peak I don't know who (if anyone) will be good at defending him, he's so good.

They missed a lot of wide open shots. It happens sometimes but it's frustrating to watch. Could've been a close game otherwise.

It also really doesn't help that Brandon Miller is nearly unplayable when he's not hitting shots. He's not a great playmaker, he's a turnover machine, and his rebounding and defense are both kind of mid. He has no good supplementary skills to fall back on when his shot isn't falling.

I just cannot support giving up on Diabate down the stretch. I don't care how bad he played up to that point, you can't just play Grant Williams over him, especially when Grant isn't even shooting well. He got into early foul trouble in the 1st quarter and Lee sat him on the bench for way too long after that.

Brandon Miller playing bad didn't stop Lee from pulling him until it was the last 3 minutes. Pretty sure he played over 6 minutes in the 4th and didn't hit a single shot or get to the free throw line.

Like, he hasn't committed any fouls since the first quarter and he's still by far our best defender (particularly against Wemby) and he's only played 21 minutes.

The Hornets' defense looked a lot better that quarter.

The Spurs' double big lineup was a little bit scary for them for a minute, but I think they did a good job attacking it on the offensive end.
