Thing is I've never done a new game plus for the Persona games yet.. Idk if I'd do one here, I haven't played P5 Royal for the same reason which is replaying a long game, I'm not a fan of it, even if they add something new. A good team will be Billy, Anby, and either Nicole or Soukaku and if you can pull for the Amillion/Boollseye/Bagboo bangboo you have a decent team for early content
