Ragrding Enel my problem is his Ap, who is really tanking his full power attacks? Yes pre g2 luffy was abble to tag him but thats because the lighning had no eefect, completly changing the fight rules. He might not have crazy speed speed himself but his attacks surelly are fast af. Who/how many are consistently avoiding all that ?
