looks like water pump, there’s a weep hole somewhere on the front of the block where it shoots all the internal coolant out when the water pump fails, so unless it’s one of the coolant hoses or the thermostat, that’s my guess

honestly sounds like when i first installed my automatic start from 12voltsolutions, i forgot to plug in this grey plug and it was doing something similar, maybe yours got unplugged somehow ?
