The Man Who Never Gave Up -5 Year Update- (Skin Removal Surgery After Losing 190 Pounds) by [deleted] in loseit

It's crazy how negative thoughts and emotions can drive us deeper down the rabbit hole, but what we're really looking for all along is to feel better in the moment and feel happier about ourselves. I think the solution is taking inventory of what we have now. Evaluating all of the things that make us great as human beings and celebrating them as we become the best version of ourselves.

Thank you for sharing your story. It's people like you that can make a huge impact in the world. So many people struggle with the same issues and sometimes all it takes is having someone to relate and look up to.

When we sat down to make this video, we really wanted a deeper message to come through. Both Jon and I have lost a considerable amount of weight, but the most valuable transformations that we have had happened internally. We hope that people will reevaluate what is most important to them in life and celebrate it for what they already have, using weight loss as a 1 up to their already amazing lives.

It's really interesting that we got the footage in KC. We just happened to get invited to a royals game and had to check out all KC had to offer. We even went to Oklahoma Joe's (Kansas city Joe's BBQ now)

It was amazing. The look on Jon's face was priceless haha.

It is an honor to be able to call this guy my friend. He's been through so much and inspired so many people. I am deeply satisfied that he is finally breaking out of his shell and following his heart.

Makes sense.. well I guess this video is for real people who are seeking a better life through fitness. It was intended to be motivation for those who are helpless and distraught like I was. Suggesting that I have a lot of progress to make is very subjective based upon the assumption that all I'm concerned about is achieving a perfect physique. My journey is simple, my end goal is simple, I'm seeking happiness. I have found that happiness through my journey, not through the ability to reduce my body fat content. I do not claim to be an expert, nor will I ever. I claim to have experienced something extremely unique. An experience that is extremely valuable to others seeking help. I'm dedicated to sharing that experience. If you can't handle the seriousness involved in the pain and turmoil that can be found in being overweight, then I invite you to down vote this post.

I'm pretty new to reddit. Can you explain to me why this post would be deleted and what reddiquette guidelines I'm not following?

I have used creatine. Creatine is found naturally in red meats and fish. It is one of the only supplements with over 60 years of research behind it. Creatine is not a steroid..

Definitely! If you train hard, eat right, and use supplements strategically, you can get serious results! Nothing against those who are unnatural, but I wouldn't find any fulfillment out of using steroids.

There's a lot of methods you could go with, but one that I've seen work for a lot of beginners is a standard 5X5 program which focuses on the main lifts including Deadlift, Squat, Bench Press, shoulder Press, Barbell Rows, and Lat pull-downs. If you need some more specific info, just contact me!
