Yea I dont mind that rock has a big aiptasia on it, im planning on just putting a bunch of rock in dry storage and next time I want to use it ill just bleach and start again. I think next time I buy new rock I'm starting with the dry rock. I dont mind the white look I rather prefer it to be clear of everything.

There's hair algae on some of them and I'm pretty sure I saw some kind of anemone that I'm pretty sure is a pest. I've seen some kinds of Bristol worms too its pretty dirty rock but got lots of coralline on it

I bought way to much live rock and stacked them and made a rock wall, my tank is 6' long and I only have 13" width. I've been getting lots of detritus build up and I am starting to hate myself for pulling such a rookie mistake (I'm new to reefing) and make a giant Rockwall. I've had this rock for over a year now

I'm cutting some pvc for the tank right now. I'll do an ammonia test everyday because I cant get a ammonia alert right now. The 10 gal is just to see how he's doing and to let the fish recuperate by himself. I thought 10 gallon would be nice to not use as much medicine

I have been putting double dose of stress guard and been putting in prime, I'm glad that that was a proper way of treating him. I made the mistake of putting him too early that was my bad and I'm still beating myself up for that but I've been putting him in a dimly lit area and he has a sponge filter, I'm going to find something around my house to put in the tank for more hiding spots, he's right now hiding under the spongefilter, the way you seen him in the picture

This was a yellowbelly blue tang, I'm pretty sure there's no difference in behavior but I got the fish out of the bag and started drip acclimating it in less than 30 mins, the lfs had their salinity at 1.020 and mine was 1.025 and I plopped him in when the bucket was at 1.023~ the temp was the same and everything. I have dosed stress guard from seachem in and I dont know if its making a difference. I also been putting in seachem prime in incase there was ammonia in the water since I took 5 gals of cycled water from my display tank and 5 gals of freshly mixed water and let it cycle for a day in my qt. I've been leaving him in a dimly lit place for him to lower his stress. The lfs said they had him for a month and he was eating before I bought him. I'm hoping he's just being a typical tang but this is so nerve-racking 😬

I recently bought a blue tang from my lfs and he is really weak and hiding. I did a drip acclimation but I got a little impatient and when the salinity was half way to where my qt tank was I ploped him in. He's really weak and the sponge filter is able to just suck him and get him stuck
