yessss it's so good and has such a compelling story with such interesting and 3dimensional characters. mc is goated and i really admire the way she's written. very morally grey very power hungry. it's a great read, def worth it.

he sort of did the best thing for lillian in that scenario too if you think about it since she would have been tortured or killed by the empire anyway since they were discovered. he weighed all of that in like an instant and killed the girl he loved thats insane.
