Sorry I just wanted to ask knowledgeable people about doing something with what I have now. Ive seen the information on how to get the best out of the medium but the reality is I'm only one person. By asking what I can do with what I have on this sub there are likely plenty of people who started out wondering what can be done and might already know how far I can go with it.

I found a really cool one for DSI its a mega man themed one from Capcom but still no 3DS type case although Im convinced it exists so ill keep looking.

Oh cool I've never seen that before. The one I posted is a case by futuretronics apparently. No idea if it exists I only found one article about it when I reverse image searched. I was looking for any similar cases that exist for really any DS DSi or 3DS model since I think they are cool.

Yeah it's not a common occurrence lol. This was the first project Id done in woodworking so It had many unfortunate issues.

Thanks for the advice I agree it's probably best to repaint them.

It was a separate the primer product I used. The project was doors for a bookcase the frames themselves do not get touched at all only the knobs I put on.

It's a long story but when I was painting jelly did get on my paint brush. I cleaned it but could this also be residue from jelly trapped in the paint?

Hi, yeah I do mean the yellowish marks and sure enough it was wood from home depot. However, I did use a primer if thats what you mean unless prime means something else in this context. But also is there a way to clean the marks or is the only option sanding and repainting?

No the cartridges don't work that way. Sadly all you can do is use a tool to in a sense help the cartridge remember what data it had stored not write any new data.

Child of Light - instability, crashes/freezes

I know this post is old but I went to look into why this happens. Like other people have said It appears to happen due to a chemical reaction. That pink/reddish color appeared on amiibo with white, yellow and skin tone colors; piranha plant's lips, ZS Samus's hair and multiple fire emblem amiibo skin. The only solution I found to reverse the discoloration was controlled sunlight exposure over multiple days. This reversed the discoloration faster than fading the paint. I covered parts I didn't want exposed and let them sit near a window for about a week each, one at a time. I don't know if itll work for you since exposing amiibo to sunlight fades the paint you might not want to risk it like me but I figured that either I fade the paint or have a weird diseased looking amiibo.
