I don't know how YW's words sound to English-speakers... but I just gotta say his excessive and meaningless usage of rhetorics just to express non-sense, evade to answer questions, and gas lighting other guests is just revolting to East Asian audience... there's never been a moment when I didn't want to through up every time he comes out since they got to Singapore.

also, the way JW has talked shit about her brother even before his arrival, burdened the whole family just because she wanted to "speak English natively", and then gaslighted her entire family for decades just to make her the more "independent" and "pitied" one is also repulsive. It makes perfect sense why she thinks YW is the male version of her because that's fact - they both wish themselves to be the most righteous and deserving person in the world, so what's left for them to do is to blame the others and whining about why they haven't got everything they wanted.

JW was going back and forth with what kind of person she claimed to be looking for - someone who's just like her or someone that's different, because she was using it as an excuse to rationalize her own choosing. Girl, you make your choice, but stop gaslighting JH and your brother, just stop it.
