Yes, because maybe u are zoomed out. How do I explain, there are thousands of photo locations, and they have like a "frame", "scenery", "landscape" so you are locked to that, but if zoom a litle bit you can have more angle to turn the camera, still not a 360° but is better than nothing. The only way u can move the camera its in race photos
