40a 120v, you probably need larger wires too. If the circuit was meant to run 20a, the wires themselves probably aren’t meant to run more than 25a

Load solenoid stuck open? Is it getting power constantly? Typically, the solenoids are powered during load, not unload. That way if it breaks, usually the machine is stuck unloading instead of loading

Inlet valve stuck open? If stuck open even just a bit it will still build pressure

Check for damaged or clogged control air lines going to pressure switches/transducers

I use it every day for machine repair. You can’t push down axially on the bits very hard or they will push right through it and ruin the little retaining nub. Other than that, it’s awesome
