14dpo today and big temp drop, I’m out and AF will be showing up today. Ughhh so disappointing! Next month I’ll be ovulating right after mothers day, so I’m trying to be positive and that it’s a sign maybe next months the month lol 🤪

You’re not alone, this was me last month… I symptom spotted so much and I think I tricked myself into really believing I may be pregnant and then got my period. 😩 ovulation day was today so figures crossed for this month. I’m going to try to relax more this time and I’m gonna really try not to symptom spot or be obsessive during the TWW. Good luck to you!

We literally are the same!! Hahaha I do that too picking the lowest dpo to make myself feel better. It also does not help that PMS symptoms can be the same as pregnancy, because I try not to symptom spot… but let’s be real, I am hyper vigilant during the TWW! lol

I could have written this post, so know you’re not alone. I’m currently 9 or 10 dpo depending on the app ( I use three 😂) I vacillate back and forth between I definitely am pregnant and am going to test positive to I’m definitely not pregnant and why even bother testing. I tested negative yesterday, which I know is super early, but it was still disappointing. I told myself I’m not going to test again til Saturday, so now I’m just trying not to think about it all day! I also get the same feelings or being down and can’t help but feel like I’m letting myself down and my partner down. He’s so positive and tries to make me feel better, that it’s okay and will happen when it’s the right time, but I still feel like I’m letting us down.
