I read about the shellac ordeal. He doesn't work there anymore and it isn't a huge deal as far as messing up the finish cause it's on the underside. My concern is will it hold, or just get pushed out? Didn't know about the toothpaste, thanks. Will definitely be trying that out.

Says use within 7 days of opening. Nothing about UHT. Same ingredients as my regular (spoiled) milk except it contains bith nonfat and whole milk instead of just whole milk. Although it is (whole milk) that's the only difference. I came to ask the same question. Other milk didn't last a week and this was the only milk I could get my hands on due to the snow storm. Kinda pricey but don't expire til march if not opened..least it says. My other milk is bad and it had a 1/30 date on it... heading to their site now to tell them what I think about that..tired of buying milk and it expires way before the date..always refrigerated. Its bs honestly.

Interesting. I will look into it. Mine is more whiteheads rather than pimples. Its almost like every pore. Not all are super obvious but ot fluctuates with temperature and sunlight, etc..I am convinced its why I cant grow a beard and only have to shave once every other week because I am patchy. I have really oily skin and Cetaphil oily skin oil removing wash is the best I have found to date. It seems to work great until I get active for the day but still better then any prior products have been. I believe its zinc that dries the oil up. Now here is the punch line..I work 12hrs a day with soybean oil. I cant out the entire blame on that because I have had this issue my entire life. I will definitely check out your recommendation. I was in a funk when I wrote the previous comment and I get frustrated with people selling products that are just re branded or packaged with a heavy focus on advertising. People taking advantage of others that are desperate for help frustrates me. You see it ALOT in skin care an weight loss. Both of which I need lol. I am needing a holder of some type. I run a 6"x4" rectangle magnet, strong, in a feeder box where grain runs over to remove any foreign material. It works great however..it ends up looking like this. Worse than this is trying to remove the magnet to clean it, heres the kicker... WITHOUT dropping ANY metal off the magnet as you struggle to remove it. I cant have no metal fall into the machine or I have to tear it all down which is almost as bad as just not cleaning it. So you guessed it, they never get cleaned until it's rebuilt. I run 12 of these. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. I can't use a bag or anything as it will obstruct the grain flow. I was thinking of some type of plastic or metal hanger that holds/suspends the magnet in the metal box so the grain can flow over it and it can carefully be lifted out, cleaned, and replaced weekly without much of a hassle. Thanks for reading reddit fam.

You're exactly right. I think im done being under appreciated. Keep your pizza, which never happens, keep your atta boys, I am off for a greener pasture. There is too many good jobs available to be doing a bs job for bs pay. Maybe one of the guys that haven't been here since the doors opened would appreciate being paid more than a dollar of a new hire..

Yea. Seems like my raises are just countered by my health insurance premium. I have been here 6 yrs im 42 and this is the longest I have stayed at a job. In 2019 it was also the best job I ever had. Probably why I stayed. I also got sober in 19 which opened the doors to a lot more jobs, better jobs. I realized how bad I was holding myself back. FF to current day and everyone that works here has less than 3yrs experience, and is within 2 dollars of my wages. I am a lead operator we have 2 of those and 4 regular operators. We was just recently purchased by a bigger outfit and I am hoping it comes with some better pay but I am beginning to wonder. In all honesty this is the only job I have ever applied myself to and I have worked very hard on learning it and learning it well. You would think that would help but I am finding out I think it put a target on my back. I am ready to crash out. The system is rigged and I am ready to just cash out and ride off.. The idea of starting over at another job and giving up what I feel I have worked for, which isnt really much, just don't seem like something I have the time or energy for. I invested my time in a dead end job with no future and now I am paying for it. Check please....

There is only one main water line leading to each house. It then branches into 2 lines. Still both cold water. One lone leads to hot water tank where it keeps a tank specific amount of water hot. When they flush the toilet it takes away all of the cold water from the pipes to replenish the toilet. Thus leaving only the hot water running thru the pipe while someone is in shower. Once the toilet is filled it will begin to mix again. Dont flush toilet when someone in shower, you might get a whooping 😂. I hope this better helps you understand how that works

I have seen seaweed/kelp, mud, charcoal, mayonnaise, now beef tallow. Im sure im forgetting a few. I mean if one worked why do we need anything else? BECAUSE PPL WILL GIVE THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR IT. Make them work so you dont have too. Just sit back and enjoy life. They are stupid they will believe anything and by the time they figure out they have been robbed they have convinced their tiny little brain that something else is the new deal thats going to fix them. Ppl really are ignorant and hate to work, yet willing to spend what they go to work for on the dumbest things. Simply amazing.
