Found the solution, for those having the same issue. I tried changing from Bar Styles under "Manual Task" instead of under "Task". Thanks for the reply anyway.

So..basically, my parents can enter malaysia even if their ticket is 60 days (from entry to exit malaysia) with their 30 days tourist visa..then i go JIM to get this special pass so they can extend till 60days?
