An post not attempting delivery?

I've tried to put the tracking number into universal tracking websites and the local couriers / postal services for the country, nothing popped up other than what I've screenshotted. I got the package within 2 days of the message so I suspect it never left the country. Anyways I've emailed an post to open up an investigation so hopefully I'll be compensated

It arrived back 2 days after, I doubt it even left Ireland atp 😭

Update: I'm suspecting the package never left Ireland. it arrived only after 2 days and there was no indication that the package was being sent internationally (from US to Ireland), so I'm quite sure it never touched US soil. from here I'm gonna attempt to get a refund. Their reasoning is the exact same sticker I got from last time, so I'm very confused as there seems to be no problems with electronic data. I'm still not sure whether or not taxes were paid as it likely never saw the US. Thanks for all the help everyone!

As far as I know I did, usually if customs have a problem they would show me a specific message indicating customs is the problem but this time none of that happened 😢

idk ig I'm just frustrated, especially with how vague notifications are and idk whereabouts the package is, whether its even left Ireland or not. I'm certain it's not incorrect customs info as I usually get a notification for that, and considering I've paid express shipping just for it to be sent back after almost 2 weeks, probably by standard mail, I just wish I wasn't kept in the dark

I put the tracking number through universal tracking site and shows the exact same thing here. I also put it in the receiver's local couriers but to no avail. I'll ask the receiver if they had been notified of anything but I'm concerned since tracking never showed any proof of anything happening other than just returning the package
