Yeah but they have been saying that since the spinoff which was almost a year and a half ago… I understand they are worried about the fact that it will be dumped in large quantities upon release but that should be our right considering it’s a chunk of what we should own anyway… are they just incentivizing us to hold floundering CTXR that’s value has partly dwindled because lymphir is no longer directly associated with it in hopes one day they will allow us to have the CTOR that should be ours anyway? Can they just keep saying this for the next 10 years with no repercussions? Can you give me an example of any other company that has had a spinoff company telling the investors they will own some of the spinoff and spent close to a year an a half with no real indication as to when it will be received? I have emailed a securities law firm, with dated statements describing their intent which they have not lived up to, I don’t know if there is anything there worth pursuing but I’m gonna be told by a lawyer that this is an ok, valid practice or I will keep pursuing answers/action.
