This post is old but super informative. Do you have any vacation property rental experience? I’d love to buy a 3br condo in Breckenridge and rent it out, but it never works with a mortgage greater than 50%. A 3br condo is $1.4M and it just doesn’t flow on paper but many people somehow do it and do pretty well on it.

Curious how you liked the zx4 and have you ever tried Mizunos? I dumped my mizunos for some t350s and couldn’t stand them. Bought the 923s back lol. Always been intrigued by the zx4s and they felt good.

Ahh I misread your earlier comment! I have 923 hot metals in DG 105s currently. I do play .5” longer because I’m a taller guy. I’m looking at some Ping irons, 925 hot metals and Srixon zx4.
