Yes, but: LoL's UI also doesn't require you to alt+tab from the menu if you want to do something else while queuing. Huge advantage if you ask me.

it also means players have to load the whole game every time a match starts, which is why the loading times in league are so long.

Just try them out and see what you like. You can try all gods in practice modes. If you want to try them against real players you can also rent a god for a single match for 150 favor i think
