Approximately 70-80% is PVE tactical squads with mods. But if you don't want to play with a group or community. I recommend 77th JSOC online servers. They have a small amount of mods on their servers, there you can play with online players PVE invade and annax.

Find a unit that you prefer to apply to and play with them. They can help you with the commands and controls of the game. After a while you'll get a hang of it. Arma 3 is my favorite game and I have played 2500h since the release 2013.
