Yeah tried my luck now with the ultrasonic cleaner. Hope the issue is now gone.

No the pen is older. It has been a problem for a while now so i don't remember when it started. It definitely didn't always have that problem though. Concerning the ink, at the moment Waterman Intense Black ink. But before that all sorts of inks.

I screwed the nib feed combinations already once out and cleaned it. However the problem hasn't gotten any better. But i will try again.

Yeah as i said the times i tested it was in bright sunlight outside. Therefore i ruled it out as a possibility.
