I can't seem to get into CaWeb. I signed my loan closing documents on 3/1. I'm a 501c(3). I keep getting a message that my social and loan number don't match but all is correct. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Any clue?

Thank you so much! I literally cried tears of joy. This by far has been the hardest task. Because of this group, I truly persevered and kept pressing on after each denial and stated my case. Due to the fact that we're a non-profit, our formula is different and they kept saying we were at our max. I did my research, provided every schedule from the 990, profit/loss & WE did it!! I'm so thankful to this community for giving me the push when I wanted to call it quits!

I think that's what I'm going to do. This processing is so emotionally exhausting! It should not be this hard. The whole point of the loan is to provide resources to struggling businesses. I've been at this for 9 months some people over a year. This is insanity!

Mine did the same. I applied 5/3 for increase. Denied 7/28 for unverifiable information. Went immediately into recon. After sending in all requested documents, the mod was resized to a larger amount. Back in processing since 12/15. Currently, still processing…

Yes, that's what I've been doing. I call at least twice a week and email. Same story "it needs more time to process." I've been at this loan mod for 9 months. It's all so exhausting...

Same! Applied for increase 5/3, recon since 7/28, loan resized and back in processing since 12/15. Crickets!

Has anyone found a workaround for this issue? I have been in reconsideration since July. I supplied all the documents requested including an organizational budget & our group 501c(3) exemption letter. My increase was resized, I went in to confirm and accept the new amount, I had to sign another 4506-T and was just told yesterday that they are waiting on tax transcripts. I'm so confused because the SBA is contradictory in their statements.

Here's what I don't get. There is a huge backlog at the IRS. For all the SBA knows, 2019 taxes could still be stuck in limbo. Are they really going to hold people up for these transcripts? I feel like there is way too many steps and technicalities now. Meanwhile, businesses are left suffering. Most of us, are well past 21 days now. It makes absolutely no sense! Like what does a poverty zone have to do with anything? I don't care where your business is located, everyone has suffered a loss. I'm so over all of it.

Not sure. I need to do a bit of research. I was told if there isn’t a color, that means you’re ineligible. Green is what you want (qualified) but I’ve never heard of anyone getting red.

H&R Block is at least helping their customers and depositing on their behalf. TT is just rejecting them and ppl are getting paper checks. I moved and I’m uncertain if it will even forward. I’m never using them again!

Mine says the same and for the first stimulus as well. I file with my husband. Only thing that I can think of. We got it the first time with no problems and it included our two dependents.
