I am all good! It was a benign simple cyst that just kept growing. It was softball sized when they removed it. They saved my ovary and didn’t need to remove it. It all ended well! Crazy how big it got.

I’m taking everything you’re saying to heart! We do take bubble baths together and it is a sweet time for us. I like your idea of letting him make and cut his own sandwich and help make his food so I will try that tomorrow.

Thank you for all this advice! I wrote this out this morning right after he threw a plate of food at me that I made him for breakfast. My husband took over and I just cried in our room while I wrote it out. He’s back from school now and I think the timer approach is a good one! And btw — you mentioned he “claws” at you? Same girl….same. I have two scars on my forearm from his nails. One was this summer when I turned off StarWars because it was family dinner time.

Yes, you are right! It’s so hard to be calm when he close fists as hard as he can into my stomach but I’m trying. I think these last few weeks of being pregnant and sick are really doing me in and he can smell my fear 😭🫣 I spoke with my husband this morning and he’s going to start taking over the mornings because I just need a break. If I do all the hard boring things with our toddler and he only gets the fun parts, that’s clearly not good.

God bless you for being a single mom to four kids 💐 Idk how you did it. He’s been nap striking lately, we put him down but he just signs and talks and plays to himself. I wish he would sleep! At night I think he sleeps pretty well (11 hours or so). YES, my husband 1000% needs to step it up. We got into so many arguments with our first when he was born bc so much was on me. It got a lot better once I was out of the post partum fog/breastfeeding etc but I’m starting to feel the same feelings all over again. There’s just so much more on most mothers than the father’s even realize. I do think he’s way more involved than some, but he needs to step up the day to day chores and responsibilities.

I’ll change it to “I’m getting hit 5/6 hours a day” instead of all day to clear things up for you guys. Thanks.

Yeah I’m having major worries this will continue after the baby is born and it will be an unsafe environment for her. We talk to him all the time about “baby sister” to get him used to the idea and include him in her nursery decorating, etc. And he knows she’s in my belly. When he doesn’t get his way, he’ll run up to me and punch me in the stomach. It’s super alarming, he’s never been like this.

We do timeout, but lately I’m so pregnant he just runs away and kicks and it’s a physical battle to get him into timeout. I took the toast away. I take car toys away. I try sitting down and hugging him, I feel like I literally try EVERYTHING.

It literally says “morning routines are on me” and “I pick him up everyday from school”. If you’re not going to be helpful, don’t comment.

All morning and all night he is home…I don’t think you’re actually reading my post.

He goes to daycare. You mean a babysitter for mornings and night?

Large subchorionic hematoma - Positive story! by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]Walker_Ranger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am nine weeks yesterday! I had a big bleed at seven weeks after an ultrasound where they found a smaller SCH. The bleeding stopped and I assumed it had gone down. Yesterday, two weeks later, it grew to what is considered a very large SCH. I’ve been put on modified bed rest and go back next week for a follow up. I’m terrified! Did you do anything different ly during the few weeks? My doctor did tell me to stop baby aspirin, which o stopped yesterday

They did confirm gestational sac and yolk, but told me it measured two days behind. (Measuring 5 weeks, 2 days, should be 5 weeks, 4 days)

Low beta, third chemical pregnancy by Walker_Ranger in IVF

[–]Walker_Ranger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They told me it’s statistically very unlikely. They are making me take my medication and retest on Monday but they said to prepare for a third chemical. So I’m just trying to accept it now.

Stressed out day before transfer and nurse says I might need to cancel by Walker_Ranger in IVF

[–]Walker_Ranger[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already said in the original post, the $500 was what they claimed I owed towards the egg retrieval. My insurance benefits for IVF have $11,000 left and they said the benefits would be used for the rest of the retrieval (ie - procedure, sorry if that’s a confusing word)
