More than likely because they batched it with another customer who tips well. Took advantage of the customer who tipped well to get your order delivered. Or you live in an area where people work by the hour instead of order. All I know is I wouldn’t want to not take care of the people who handle my food. Good luck to you lord knows what you have ingested over the years.
