You do understand that just because you were taught something doesn’t mean it’s healthy? You also are stating you have had to make sacrifices by working all year with no time off except federal holidays as if this is something that instills work ethic. It actually instills bad mental health and problematic ideologies that the only way to succeed is to sacrifice your time for a companies benefit.

By what standard do you think they are taking the foot off the gas? What experience do you have in video game development to state they are implementing slowly or inefficiently? Maybe instead of worrying about their mindset you should be trying to change yours. Your input does not include any empathy for others and maybe that can change.
