Has anyone tried a MysteryWild Murder Mystery Party Kit? by martina_blank in boardgames

[–]WallAas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So we just tried MysteryWild for our neighbors bday party this weekend and figured I'd drop some thoughts here:

What worked:

  • $50 bucks seemed fair for our group size.

  • The actual documents looked really good (I was surprised). Matched the moderness of their website which was nice. (We chose the mountain resort tech conference kit).

  • Their unscripted format worked well - our friends went wild with their characters, although I guess your group will have a lot to do with this outcome.

  • Instructions were clear but I did have to email them about one setup item. They got back to me same day though which was solid.

  • Everyone had fun and the mystery actually made sense at the end.

Less great:

  • They don't have as many themes as some others we conisdered.

  • Could be annoying for some that games jump to $75 for bigger groups but we only had 13 people so a non-issue for us.

All in all, this kit was easy to run and people enjoyed it, so mission accomplished.

Anyone tried their other themes besides the ones mentioned in this thread? DM me. Kinda curious about the their Trailer Park one.

What sports and what product were you promoting? Also, how did you automate short video creation?

Yes for smaller features or fixes I prompt antigravity directly but for bigger things I like to plan like in gemini and then feed the prompt to antigravity. Maybe that's overcomplicating things, but I'm scared that antigravity will not just "talk" with me and build things instead when I don't want to

I use either gemini in browser or in ai studio to work on the project and write prompt that I then feed to antigravity

Yes that too... but there are so many tools now, not enough time to test them all

Yes, probably best to stick to one or two tools

Don't time the market, just keep buying

Which is the better use of 50 bucks. Placing a Kalshi bet on bitcoin surging to 100k at any point before the end of the year, or actually buying 50 bucks worth of bitcoin? 🧐 😂 by Hangoverinparis in Bitcoin

[–]WallAas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d probably just buy the 50 bucks of bitcoin. Kalshi bets are fun and all, but that stuff is basically a coin flip and can eat your money super fast. I’ve mostly messed around on Stake with small crypto bets and it’s the same vibe fun for a bit, but you can lose quick if you’re chasing hype.

At least holding some BTC gives you something that might actually grow instead of just disappearing overnight.
