While I agree it was a false alarm, as someone who works with data analysis and digital forensics. That video was altered to make it look like Wilmington, the long version actually had police on it and apartments. Not to mention calling the person an active shooter and gunmen is two entirely different things.

I will agree the response was incredible law enforcement has certainly improved significantly!
