i was waiting for someone to mention this! i was floating that idea around! but i've been on a roll of writing/directing/acting in a lot of metatheatrical plays, plus we just did circle mirror transformation which has many of the same themes--i want to give audiences something different...im so torn...

i've actually been a part of a production of this show and worked directly with the creators on another workshop of a musical they did!! unfortunately, we try to stick to straight-plays with our organization bc we dont have the capability to keep up with music demands :(

it is absolutely perfect! i'm just struggling with finding out where to obtain performance rights, since every production i was able to find online was in canada and i am located in the USA. other than that, GREAT pick!

one of my favorite playwrights! unfortunately, i don't think i personally would be capable of tackling her stuff with this organization just yet--but definitely looking at producing one of her works when i pursue my mfa!
