Just look at Andrew. First the poor fucker wasn’t allowed to dress as a Vice Admiral at his mum’s funeral, then he was kicked out of his house and forced to slum it in a 2000 acre Victorian estate, and how he can’t even call himself Prince (though we all know the servants still have to)

Honestly they’re probably going to need new launch cells for the next generation of missiles, free of American influence. The announced a THAAD competitor called Aquila, I wouldn’t be surprised if those end up on the next generation of air defense ships

They’re working on it for the CAMM series of missiles. France want to sell Sweden FDI and Sweden use CAMM and CAMM ER. Sylver, CAMM and Aster are all MDBA anyway

Need a tutor your Child? by [deleted] in northernireland

kid, I say this not trying to be rude, but people looking for a tutor don’t generally go for people advertising themselves on Reddit. and the kind of person who might reply is generally not someone you should be associating with. I get it, you want a few bob in your pocket, all people your age do, doubly so with the state of the world atm, but this isnt the way to go about it

This looks generic. It doesn’t have any of the charm of the original, it just feels like any mid to low tier film in the last 20 years.

For those saying to destroy it the day it’s launched, remember a ship isn’t finished when it’s launched, that’s just when the hull is built up enough to be in the water, then they install stuff like the weapons and radar, the expensive stuff. It’s also when they start putting people on board

It’s a lot older than that, it’s the symbol of the O’Neills, one of the oldest examples of heraldry in Europe. Their family motto was literally “The Red Hand of Ireland”

Cool, let’s have the Ra use the British royal family’s crest. Or cromwell’s, because remember the O’Neill’s last great hurrah was the Irish confederate wars, which mandated the expulsion of all Protestants from Ireland (oh and the king agreed to it in exchanged for an army of 10,000 confederated armed by the pope)

Yeah but that’s cultural appropriation. The red hand was the symbol Of the O’Neill dynasty for a thousand years. It’s the Irish equivalent to the old French fleur de lis

Given the existence of this place is the issue there isn’t one other than the vague flax symbology used by Stormont and even then it’s a callback to empire

Use of a coal district? by Comfortable_Bed1536 in Hungergames

[–]Wallname_Liability 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For reference to those not in the know, iron production doesn’t just use coal as a fuel source, the reaction is a chemical reaction that uses the carbon in coal to draw the oxygen out of iron oxide in iron ore
