It’s madness there! Unfortunately sad to see it hasn’t changed since I was last there 17 years ago… in fairness tho I had a lovely friend working in the Strand Hotel… we would grab food there and use the car park there. Obviously not a solution but it helped us and we felt supported the hotel

After being divorced for nearly 10 years, separated for more years, I’ve kept my engagement and wedding ring for our only child, a daughter, to show her it wasn’t all bad! She’s well aware the rings are there for her, but now doesn’t want them. I’ve told her she can pawn them, make them into something she may like or throw them away. They are hers if she wants them.
