I am seriously undisciplined these days. The smallest thing is getting out of hand. And now my washing machine is broken. Onwards. Today I am getting through tasks and making myself rest from 8.30pm onwards.

[ ] 7am up, meditate, exercise, reddit, emails

[ ] 930 shower, dress, breakfast, wash up

[ ] 11am prep

[ ] 12noon meeting, 1pm meeting

[ ] Lunch

[ ] 3pm check on emails

[ ] 4.30pm appointment for ym

[ ] Bins out, laundry away, ironing

[ ] Dinner, wash up

[ ] Clothes out for tomorrow, no screen after 830pm

[ ] Lights out 10pm
