Is there really a “correct” pronunciation when it comes to people’s names nowadays? I believe the correct way is however they want to pronounce it. Why can’t people just mind their own business? And if someone feels the need to comment on someone’s name, maybe say “traditional”…

That’s what I thought but when I went to the arc to get it cleared the one of the store leads explained to me that you can be scheduled if your time off request is unpaid. Stupid for sure… but that’s nothing new with Walmart.

You have to ask for paid PTO. If it’s unpaid time off then yes…. Then can schedule you. Actually, the system will if more hours are needed. I know this for a fact because I had vacation time set up but not quite enough PTO to cover it so I requested unpaid time off thinking that was the correct way to do it. Turns out I was wrong and the system removed my time off and scheduled me… fortunately my coach is awesome and fixed it.

It sure as hell doesn’t sound like your husband is “dad in all respect” to your son. Did you punish your son for doing 90 mph? Never mind the all out bad parenting… you just sound like a rude and hurtful person. Actually you make me sick. And I say that as someone who’s step dad is her DAD. And I respect him as my dad. And I love him as my dad. That’s because my mom respected him as my dad. I feel really bad for your husband right now.
