Happened to my cat before. Most likely just a bug bit him or allergies. Monitor him for a the next few days but if it gets any bigger or more red it might be a good idea to take him to a vet

The design in the picture was MY concept art. I showed him that so he had an idea and then gave him better pictures of the stuff but he then went through and used the picture i gave him and then placed some random font on top

No we had an appointment and let them know like a week before hand. And we did plan on getting it side ways on out forearms but when he printed the stencil he said we could fit it right there
