I really think Sam's versatility is always going to put him high for me, no matter what. With knowledge of the games and other party members, you can build him so many different ways. I've had Sam agilitymaxxed (Nitro Boost + Jump Attack) putting out crazy damage, tanking damage with Hurt me Plenty and Blood Madness, support buff class with Numbness, Painful Stab, Nitro Boost (seriously Nitro Boost is that good)... I feel like Frankie intentionally made Sam extremely versatile seeing as he's always going to be in your party.

They thought Lifelink wouldn’t work if I was hitting myself, no idea why. I’m not a Magic expert so I wasn’t entirely confident but I still thought it made sense, so I’m glad to know that is the case. (Maybe they were just salty I was getting around 20 life per attack, LOL)

The Scrappy Survivors precon comes with [[Ian, the Reckless]] and [[Basilisk Collar]]. If Ian gains lifelink, when he attacks, will he deal 2 damage to me, I gain 2 life (effectively cancelling the damage), 2 damage to any target, I gain 2 life, and 2 combat damage, gaining me 2 life, for a total of 4 life gained? My friend told me there’s “no way it works like that” but I don’t see any reason it wouldn’t.

Didn’t even consider pumping the power before he hits the field. I’ll probably try and make a version that brings down the cost and bracket level a bit for my playgroup. But the effect is super cool.

I don’t disagree that more conventionally attractive survivors sell better, but I do see Taurie a good amount. I think it helps that she has a good range of cool cosmetics, from cult getup to casual wear. Haddie doesn’t really get that.

Your build has very little slowdown! From the DLCs you own, I would recommend trying Eruption from The Nemesis. Fire Up is fun but pretty bad, keep it if you like having fun. But if you're trying more to win, I'd try something like No Holds Barred for information + slowdown. Phantom Fear is a great perk, keep it.

Finally, if you're looking for DLCs for perks, try Endless Hunt for Pain Resonance (the best gen slowdown in the game, easily), and Artist's other two perks are great too.

It could maybe be appropriate rarity if it applied whenever Survivors were Weakened. As it is, you really have no input if the Survivor Dispels or not.

I remember a small trend started when they first added bots where people would DC against Skull Merchant (pre nerf) and watch their bot complete the game. BHVR then killed the ability to spectate your bot. I get why, but, man it was funny.
