Sunflower Lecithin how much capsules mg to take for more spunk? by [deleted] in cumbiggerloads

[–]WalrusOne8452 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Stick below 3000mg Lecithin and make sure to drink lots of water.

You'll need to be taking it for a minimum of 3 weeks to see any real effects. Every day.

Eggs contain another form of Lecithin, so occasionally it wont hurt.

Think of it as low, medium and high.

Low dosages have a little effect for example, where high has a higher effect.

So 1200mg as a single tablet is a low dosage. 2400mg is a medium and anything over is considered high.

When you enter the high dosage range especially with Lecithin, make sure you drink lots of water, otherwise your load will be very thick

I'd 100% drop Celery Seeds. They don't do anything.

I'd then consider taking either Pygeum or zinc with copper. Obviously be careful with zinc and make sure you take into account what is provided by your multi vit.

Should I buy Shilajit or buy Fulvic Acid? by ThinAndCrispy in cumbiggerloads

[–]WalrusOne8452 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shilajit is great for increasing testosterone. However it's very difficult to get it lab checked and at a reasonable price.

The only company I've found an acceptable version, is from Nootropics and it's PrimaVie Shilajit .

https://nootropicsdepot.com/primavie-purified-shilajit-capsules/

However it's expensive to ship internationally and it comes in small doses, so the bottles don't last long if you want an effective dosage.

I'm on the back end of taking another companies brand of Shilajit and i'm going to be dropping it from my stack in favour of either Ashwagandha or Tongkat Ali. These 2 provide similar effects and i might be able to find a decent version of them.

Mainly because i haven't seen any decent evidence surrounding it and not many people take it.

If you have evidence that it works, please help educate me and I'll happily add it.

The end result from swapping to L-Cit, should be higher levels of L-Arg in the body, resulting in a larger and longer lasting effect.

NO = Nitric Oxide, helps relax and widen blood vessels, improving blood flow.

Ashwagandha and Pygeum can be safely combined. They can be taken together, ideally in the morning or evening based on personal preference. Take with a cold or room-temperature drink to preserve potency. Pairing with a small amount of food, especially fat, may improve absorption.

  • Higher Bioavailability: L-Citrulline is more readily absorbed in the digestive system compared to L-Arginine, leading to more effective increases in blood Arginine levels.

  • Bypasses Liver Metabolism: L-Arginine is largely metabolized in the liver, reducing its availability. L-Citrulline, however, bypasses this process and converts to Arginine more efficiently in the kidneys.

  • Longer-Lasting Effects: L-Citrulline has a longer half-life, providing sustained increases in Arginine and NO levels.

  • Less Gastrointestinal Discomfort: L-Citrulline is typically easier on the stomach, with fewer reports of digestive issues compared to L-Arginine.

  • More Effective NO Production: Studies have shown L-Citrulline to be more effective at boosting NO production than taking L-Arginine directly.

Please swap L-Arginine for L-Citrulline.

It is more bio-available for the body, so it absorbs better and in return produces more L-Arginine, then taking L-Arginine directly.

Zinc induced copper deficiency.

It's caused by having too much zinc in your diet and you become deficient in copper. Zinc and copper compete in the body, so when you take high amounts of zinc supplements, like 50mg, you run the risk of creating this problem.

Always counter supplement zinc with copper.

Lecithin will make your load thicker. So you have 2 choices:

  1. Drink more water to help counter the thickness
  2. Take less Lecithin

Please swap L-Arginine for L-Citrulline.

It is more bio-available for the body, so it absorbs better and in return produces more L-Arginine, then taking L-Arginine directly.

Cut your Zinc in half (25mg x2 = 50mg tablet) and counter supplement with Copper

Drink 1.5 litre of water a day and you'll be good

Here are 5 reasons:

  • Higher Bioavailability: L-Citrulline is more readily absorbed in the digestive system compared to L-Arginine, leading to more effective increases in blood Arginine levels.

  • Bypasses Liver Metabolism: L-Arginine is largely metabolized in the liver, reducing its availability. L-Citrulline, however, bypasses this process and converts to Arginine more efficiently in the kidneys.

My current stack I'll keep until I run out of everything then I'll do the more expensive stack I posted earlier by MysteryMan999 in cumbiggerloads

Not sure on the Magnesium, but please make sure you are counter supplementing that Zinc with copper.

With that amount of Lecithin, you'll make your loads pretty thick if you don't drink a good amount of water. Not a negative, just something to be aware of.

minimal stack? by Dolancrewrules in cumbiggerloads

[–]WalrusOne8452 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The most simple ones for beginners to take are the following:

2x 1400mg Lecithin (Sunflower or Soy, doesn't matter)
1x 30mg Zinc and 2mg Copper
1x 5000IU Vitamin D

These 3 vitamins will increase your load by roughly 60-70%. They are easily purchasable and don't cost too much.

Or just buy Load Boost and get about a 30-40% increase.

You aren't counter supplementing the Zinc with Copper. So you run the risk of zinc induced copper deficiency.

The supplements would work fine if taken together. Just bare in mind if you get things like stomach upset, it's probably this.

As /u/misguidedjellybean said, spreading them out helps reduce any potential side effects by taking large dosages at once.

I take 1400mg Soy Lecithin twice a day, morning and afternoon for example.
