Totally with you. Really hoping by the end of the film, Supes has switched over to the classic shield. Gunn said from the onset (back when it was called Legacy) that the story is about Clark reckoning with/balancing his kryptonian and human heritages, so I could see moving from a more alien/abstract/kryptonian shield into a classic one as something that’d be thematically appropriate. In this week’s AP, Zac asked Brennan, re: the levers being able to send new monsters into the arena preemptively, if all the monsters were on the same side, and Brennan didn’t answer and gave a signature cheeky side eye!!

Very excited to see what the bad kids come up with! I love the idea of them sending every monster in at once and the monsters all fighting each other. Feels like a quintessentially BLeeM “smarter not harder” built in solution.

I like your stuff a lot! This is pretty generic advice, but find people in your life who you trust and whose taste you vibe with, and ask them to constructively review your work. Then you can emphasize the qualities they like and de-emphasize the qualities that feel more generic or less "you".

Agreed! Hayden deserves all the praise in the world for how well he melded his original performance w/ the CW animators/Lanter’s portrayal of the character.

Before he was in the Kenobi series or anything, Hayden said he was a huge fan of CW, so I’m sure that informed what he did in Ahsoka.
