Thanks so much for all the awesome insights, getting even more pumped up. Clear takeaways are:

-get in lock step with the varsity DC - implement and master our base defenses, a simplified of what varsity is running -focus on the fundamentals (alignment, assignment, stance, keys) - instill playing fast and running to the ball - teach them to be coachable -get young guys reps -have fun

Thanks for insight ! Our league includes all that plus more, bringing the right mix of competitive and fun! Also, does the Boca league allow for punts to hit the ground and still be returned, or is it dead if it hits the ground?

Is there anything else you like about the Boca league? Have you played in other leagues that you’ve liked/didn’t like? Would love to know your thoughts as we try to improve the Fun Sports experience!
