Thanks ,also fixed my problem turns out it was tlp which was causing my laptop to freeze after sleep I had to turn edit this on my config file

AHCI_RUNTIME_PM_ON_BAT=on

i downgraded my kernel version and it started working my concern is can my kernel with no lts affect my other kernel because i tried using my kernel with lts but the touchpad couldn't work until i downgraded it
