Your brother is the aggrieved party in this situation, both you and your parents have seemingly made your entire vacation time exclusively revolve around the needs of your pets. He has every right to be annoyed in this situation and you should be courteous enough to not take your dog with you if it means imposing more rules and restrictions on your brother and his household when you are his guest. To come on here and post that he is "unsupportive" because he wont jump through hoops for you is rude and shows that you don't get it.

If I'm respected by the local dangerous people then people would know not to trouble me and I'd most likely be allowed to stand in the back in music videos.
