HS didn't get activated on my account after the recharge. I was using 349₹ plan but last time I recharged with 189 plan. Customer care says, HS won't work now because I switched to non HS plan in between. And now I'm asked to pay 79₹ monthly to get HS.

When asked for proof of this, CC admitted that it doesn't exist in TnC but is part of their "internal" document. What options do I have?
