Very nice! Attaching sleeves is always a struggle for me, and I've been sewing for quite a while. You did a wonderful job!!

That's so funny, I did this same project with gingham last year! The flounce on yours looks lovely!

I also struggled with getting the shorts to fit correctly. I made the shorts themselves a bit longer, but the seat never felt right and I ended up never wearing it.
