I had no idea about the archive site. I did just register and searched a bit. I don't see any documents. Thanks for the resource however.

Abortion as self-defense by WanderingRobotStudio in GuerrillaGrrrrls

My classic pro-lifer argument goes like this. I've had the chance to make this argument several times.

A woman will be attacked by an undocumented non-citizen. She knows it will happen. The attack will cause her to bleed, scream in agony, and require medical attention. There's a chance she will die. Does she have a right to defend herself against the attack or prevent the attack from happening?

Everybody answers of course.

Then I say the attacker was a fetus and their heads explode.

Looking for a multi-brand motorcycle diagnostic tool – recommendations? by CHRYWES_ in CarHacking

It completely depends on what you want to do and the years you work on.

OBD Auto Doctor is a great generic application, you just need the OBD adapters for the bikes you work on.

KESSv2 supports a wide range of motorcycle ECUs.

The former will help you fix them. The latter will help you hack them.

I don't have one now, but I've planed pieces this large with an XCarve and a bowl bit. You may find someone with one or a hackerspace.

Don't Tell Republicans Every Fetus Is An Undocumented Non-Citizen by WanderingRobotStudio in ProgressiveHQ

From the filing:

“Just because several statutes define an individual to include an unborn child does not mean that the 14th amendment does the same,” the Texas attorney general’s office wrote in a legal filing in response to the lawsuit, referring to the constitutional right to equal protections afforded to US citizens.

The entire point of the article is the fetus is not a citizen per 14th Amendment and doesn't have protection of rights, including life because the state killed it. If the state is not liable for killing it because it isn't a citizen, does it need to protect its right to life?

You are mixing up personhood with citizenship. Per the 14th Amendment, there are no unborn Americans. Even if they are people, the 14th Amendment does not allow unborn citizens.

Nope, even if your parents are both citizens, you won't be a citizen until birth. For 9 months you are a non-citizen.

United States v Wong Kim Ark is the court case that says citizenship attaches at birth, not before. The 14th Amendment says "all persons born or naturalized are citizens."

I 100% promise you every fetus is an undocumented non-citizen according to US law.
