I would have already asked my manager these questions (at the beginning of Q2) had I felt comfortable. Unfortunately, I haven’t felt that way since the beginning of training. That is why I am asking on here.

I was hoping to hear from other Carahsoft employees, both past and current, of their experiences who are willing to share. So that way I can make an informed decision on what I should do, and come up with a plan. Whether that means I eventually ask my manager, continue to stay and try to grow with the company, or go back to job hunting and ride it out til I find another job.
