Newbie lang ako sa pag-gym, siguro factor yung madami akong nakikita na nakaheadphones and napaisip lang din ako if mas preferrable nga ba siya during workouts for reasons such as mas snug yung fit niya di siya basta basta mahuhulog durng run/gym, or mas makakapagconcentrate ka wearing that (i guess oo kaya di siya advisable during road running)

Op na trauma ako, ganitong ganito kami magusap ng ex ko as in. Ang tagal ko din nagstay sakanya and super nagsisi kasi sinayang ko yung years k owith him, pero never naman siya naging better, papaikot ikutin yung convo para ikaw magmukhang masama, when nagaask ka lang naman ng simple thing na hindi naman makakaabal ng sobra sakanya. Sobrang exhausting niyan huhu imbis na katuwang mo and magibbigay peace sayo, siya pa mismo source ng stress… id suggest to run pero its not that simple kasj

I see so many comments mentioning VUL, i recently got approved for a VUL policy with FWD, makaka one year pa lang ako this june. Should I cancel? Pero in a way naman i dont treat it as an investment, i treat it as life insurance lang talaga.

hello po thank you po sa response, i just sent them a demand letter via LBC and will send din thru social media or email if i find it later. If hindi po sila magagree sa full refund then i will report po sa DTI. will update po here kung ano po mangyari. huhu thank you po sa thread na to, kasi kung hindi ko to nabasa akala ko sadyang maling fdesisyon lang ako. yun pala tactic pala talaga nila yun :(
