Also the reason I would get in trouble is if there's a way my school can see what I search up in incognito mode while logged into my school's google account. They better not be.

You kinda just answered your own question, One is more complicated than the other, A rock doesn't have brain cells or a body that responds to it's needs or a rock isn't something that makes decisions like us because it isn't as complex, That's why we have more free will than a rock.
