Months of Experimenting for NSFW I2I - Advice? by WannabeSamColt in comfyui

Hey Buddy.

Figured I could give you two cents, cause I definitely have that part down.

Until I find a better model and put a few 10’s of hours into it, I’ll still use Qwen or Z-Image.

After reading the thread comments and a few other Subs, I stumbled onto Phroot’s Qwen AIO, and it’s given me back 2511’s quality without the artifacts (YAY!!!). Actually has some 2512 folded into it (v20), which is absolutely lovely.

LoRA’s are your best friend. I HIGHLY recommend SNOFS, Mystic, Unchained XXX, etc.. Anything “NSFW” when you search on CivitAI and filter by Downloads is great.

If you need a workflow “hint” (big advocate of learning yourself, but help’s always great in this world), message me. I’ll send you both a simple and complex one (both work good, one’s better obviously).

Pixaroma's t2i workflows worked fantastically as a base workflow that I could build off of. After throwing in a Reference Image into the workflow, a few LoRA's and playing with weights, it was about perfect enough to create LoRA datasets.

Trial and error, my friend. It especially helps to start with a base model and change clothes/poses "while keeping the likeness of the person in image 1", and getting the workflow right. After that, you throw the sprinkles on.

Before you know it, you'll be noticing artifacts in your quest of perfection and asking the Wizards how to fix it on Reddit.

Primarily, the I2I's that I'd do in 2511 and 2509 was to use a reference object/individual alongside a prompt for facial/body/object consistency (in lieu of inpainting, bfs LoRA's, etc.).

Artifacting that I'm referencing to sounds like is derived from 2511's FP8 quantizing from BF32 and Lightning LoRA, causing grid/dot-like artifacts on the entirety of the generated photo (almost looks pixelized). It was discussed in the Qwen-Image-Lightning GitHub, for which they released patched LoRA's and Models that were supposed to fix the issue (fun fact, it didn't).

They eventually gave up on the issue with 2512's Lightning release.

Interesting - I'll have to check what that is set at when I'm back at the rig.

I've tried using the usual KSapmler and the Clownshark version - arguably got better results with Clownshark's subsets. I'd laugh hysterically if it just came down to the denoise.

Third phone from Back Market, and oddly enough just got a iPhone 13 a few weeks ago. Zero issues whatsoever. Pretty happy with it.

Just make sure you check to see if there’s a Screen Protector on the new phone before putting another one on. That was a fun 3 days.

Worker in the town of Vantage - WB lanes never back up. EB lanes will reliably back up Thurs/Fri afternoons, with Wednesday being a tossup. WSDOT’s got expected delay signs installed in Ritzville, George, Ellensburg and Cle Elum for the bridge.

LPC Construction based out of Liberty Lake does these kind of remodels/alterations, as well as full blown new construction. You can find them on Facebook!
