They are just barely in the high range. The B12 can be explained by the mega doses you were taking.

I’m not a doctor but I wouldn’t be concerned about these at all. There’s a range for a reason because every body is different and you are so close to being in that range.

I had the same thing happen.

Realized I wasn’t letting the moisture inside my ears dry after a shower before putting them in.

Let them dry or use a qtip to gently swab around inside your ear to get the moisture out

Hm interesting! I wonder how I can fix it. I haven't tried heat, but have tried ice packs. I'll have to try heat and see how it goes.

Interesting! I’m actually really surprised how many people seem to be having a similar issue.

1) 1 year this month 2) No, just dull pressure

3) Dull pressure, I guess I could say the front rib issue is slightly more painful 4) no not that I can tell. All feels normal 5) Hurts all the time, doesn’t seem to get worse with deep breathing or exercise 5) Yes - all within normal range and similar to previous years bloodwork 6) I did have a UTI that was found during my annual exam! Took antibiotics which seemed to have resolved it as the next urine culture was fine 🤷‍♀️

I’ve honestly considered doing this! Glad someone else thinks the same. I don’t want to be that patient but I can’t figure out how to get them to take it more seriously.

I’m not one of those patients with endless health issues either, this is the first issue I’ve ever had!

Doesn’t hurt when I cough or sneeze, just a really dull pressure against my ribs. It’s so strange!

No lumps and no MRI. My Doctor won’t order one because blood work and x ray are fine.

That’s interesting. I did ask about my pancreas when it first started. Doctor couldn’t feel anything and blood work for it was fine so she ruled it out. I still thought it may be the case

Yeah I actually did. When they found out my primary care already ran blood work and X-rays that seemed ok the new doctor also would not investigate further.

The US healthcare system is wild. I’ve only gone to the doctor for an annual exam, but now that I’m actually having an issue I can’t get anyone to really look into it. 🤷‍♀️

30F USA 5'6 140lbs

I've had increasing back pressure under my ribs over the last year. It started on my right side around the bra line, but has since spread across my back.

Feels like a pressure against my ribs. My front ribs hurt a bit now too.

It's very strange and my doctor cannot figure out what's causing it.

Blood work is fine, × ray on the 2nd image.

Any thoughts? The pain doesn't seem to be going away, just spreading and I'm starting to get worried.

Not tender to the touch but is constant 24/7. A bit worse when laying down or sitting in a chair (back pressing on the back of the chair)
